Peter Roderick Leslie (Rod) Smith
Rod Smith practices in commercial litigation
and is an accredited mediator and arbitrator. Rod’s distinguished
legal career as barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of
Victoria and the High Court of Australia includes 10 years service
on the Council of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV). Rod was the
president of the LIV on a full time basis from 1994 to 1995.

professional bodies over the years. Rod’s current appointments

Mortgage Industry Ombudsman for Victoria;

Member of Appeal Panel established under the Essential
